The Pennsylvania Lottery is breaking new ground in the US online gaming industry.

On Tuesday, it announced a partnership with Instant Win Gaming (IWG) to be the first state to launch eFastPlay, a new eInstants category offered by IWG.

The Pennsylvania online lottery is now providing EZ eInstants for its players.

A total of 3 games initially released for EZ eInstants debut

This new category of instant win games online will provide a more simplified playing experience.

The launch of EZ eInstants is beginning with three games:

  • Prospector’s Gold Rush
  • Firework Fortune Frenzy
  • Treasure Tomb

More options will be released over the coming months.

Drew Svitko, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery, discussed his excitement for the new titles in a press release:

“We’re very excited for our new EZ eInstant category to go live. These games, provided by IWG, will be a great addition to our existing portfolio, offering up new experiences that cast a wider net of game play appeal, and in turn, create incremental revenues for older Pennsylvanians. We have several EZ eInstant games in our future release plans, and we cannot wait to see how players respond to this new category.”

Linked jackpot available across IWG lottery options

Like other IWG games, EZ eInstants will reside within the company’s instant remote game server. Because of that, no development support from the iLottery platform provider is required.

IWG has offered a linked jackpot across all three of the EZ eInstant games to create further appeal for the launch. That link is powered by IWG’s InstantJackpots technology.

IWG CEO Rhydian Fisher congratulated the Pennsylvania Lottery for its willingness to bring on the new category of game:

“Kudos to the team at Pennsylvania Lottery for launching the first range of EZ eInstants. This new category launch is very exciting and frankly, has not happened too many times in the iLottery industry. As iLottery programs mature, we feel it is critical as a strategic content supplier to offer a variety of game play experiences. These EZ eInstants will cater to a specific group of Lottery players, providing the Pennsylvania Lottery with an opportunity to engage with new players for their iLottery program.”

The IWG games will mesh with the large library of available online products the Pennsylvania Lottery is offering.

Currently, Pennsylvania has over 170 online games that can be played through its website or mobile lottery app.

That includes lottery draw games, fast play, Keno, and more.
