America’s first lottery just got even better. NeoGames and the New Hampshire Lottery recently reached an agreement on an extension that will bring additional expansion of iLottery games, services, and support to the Granite State.

New Hampshire, which was the first state in the US to offer a lottery and has a long history with lottery draw games, will further enhance the New Hampshire online lottery thanks to the seven-year partnership with NeoGames.

The operator provides comprehensive iLottery products and has a strong presence in a number of iLottery states.

The agreement was announced this week and will take effect on July 1, 2025.

“We are pleased to continue our journey with NeoGames, a proven iLottery industry leader who has been a strong ally and an important technology and strategic partner as we have grown,” Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director at the New Hampshire Lottery, said in the news release. “This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offerings to be personalized and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players. This partnership also allows us to significantly boost player engagement, supporting our mission of maximizing revenue for New Hampshire public schools.”

NeoGames to provide new website and app for New Hampshire Lottery

New Hampshire Lottery players will see a number of new features as the collaboration with NeoGames continues. NeoGames, which has provided the New Hampshire Lottery with games and support since the state launched iLottery in 2018, is expected to deliver even more upgrades within the next agreement.

Those will include a new website and mobile app, player account management tools through its trademark NeoSphere system, and a loyalty program developed in partnership with Gambyt.

Furthermore, NeoGames will deploy its central gaming system, NeoDraw, for the sale of draw-based games. It will also develop new instant games from NeoGames Studio, and provide additional content from Wizard Games.

Chris Shaban, Managing Director iLottery at NeoGames, said in the press release:

“We are thrilled to be selected by the New Hampshire Lottery as its provider for a complete iLottery solution, helping to reinforce its reputation as one of the leading lotteries in North America. With our industry-leading technology solutions, games and services, we look forward to continuing our strong partnership and playing a key role in the growth of the lottery’s online program into the next decade.”

NeoGames owns substantial market share among US lotteries

According to the news release, lotteries in US markets using NeoGames services are estimated to hold 70% of the iLottery gross wager market share. The new agreement in New Hampshire will make NeoGames the exclusive provider of the state’s online lottery program.

Currently, the top four US iLotteries per capita, which include the Michigan online lottery and those in Virginia, North Carolina, and New Hampshire, all utilize the NeoGames platform.

NH Lottery, NeoGames secure additional agreements

With so many state entities relying on innovation, NeoGames is constantly looking to expand its reach. Another recent partnership was aimed at that very purpose. Aristocrat Gaming, a world leader in slot games, gambling content, and casino technology, finalized its acquisition of NeoGames in April.

Later that month, New Hampshire also made news with a new multistate e-Instant progressive lottery game, Jackpot Spectacular. That game links participating states, and each one funnels a small portion of money into a progressive prize pool that can deliver million-dollar jackpots.
