Christopher Shaban Designated As NeoGames’ iLottery Managing Director

iGaming and iLottery supplier NeoGames appointed Christopher Shaban as its Managing Director of iLottery. According to the announcement, this is the latest step in NeoGames’ “organizational restructure to support its upcoming plans as the company progresses towards the closing of its acquisition by Aristocrat, expected in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024.”

Shaban’s appointment is effective immediately. He will oversee the company’s overall iLottery operations across the globe, covering new business, growth, and NeoGames Studio, the company’s in-house development branch.

NeoGames has been a leader in producing instant lottery games since 2005.

Christopher Shaban’s history with NeoGames

Christopher Shaban has been in the industry for more than 27 years. He first joined NeoGames in 2021, when he served in the role of EVP Global Business and Customer Development in the iLottery arm of the business.

Moti Malul, Cheif Executive Officer at NeoGames, said:

Shaban also added:

Aristocrat’s NeoGames acquisition is approaching

NeoGames is getting itself set up for success with a looming acquisition on the horizon.

Aristocrat, a massive gaming conglomerate, is set to acquire NeoGames for approximately $1.5 billion AUS. The Nevada Gaming Control Board recently supported the acquisition.
