Lucky Kentucky is a promotion from the Kentucky Lottery that allows players to win free scratch-offs for a year!
All you need to do for a chance to win is visit the Kentucky Lottery on social media channels, like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
How to Participate
To enter this promotion, entrants will have to visit the Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages for the Kentucky Lottery. Once there, select the promotion link to be entered into the drawing that will take place on the first of October.
Promotion Details
As part of the free scratch-offs for a year giveaway, one prize package will be awarded in the form of $300 in scratch-off coupons, in $25 denominations each month for 12 months.
Promotion Period
The promotion period will run from Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, at 8 a.m. EST until Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Drawing Date
The drawing for the Lucky Kentucky free scratch-offs for a year giveaway will take place Friday, Oct. 1, 2021.

50% First Deposit Bonus
New players of the Kentucky Lottery will be excited to find that they can play with a little bit of extra cash in their wallets thanks to this first deposit bonus. All it takes to qualify is to be a first-time depositor at the Kentucky Lottery, and you will get 50% of your first-ever deposit matched instantly!
Promotion Details
New players who make their first deposit before the end of September will be eligible for the 50% first deposit bonus.
Players can receive a maximum 50% deposit bonus of up to $424.50.
Players who make a first-ever deposit by Sept. 30, 2021, will have that deposit matched by fifty 50%.
The promotion ends at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, unless otherwise notified. The Kentucky Lottery Commission reserves the right to change the dates of the promotion.

Take 2 Cash Giveaway
The Take 2 Cash giveaway is a promotion allowing nonwinning players to have a second chance to cash in on their Kentucky Lottery ticket purchase.
How to Participate
To participate in the Take 2 Cash Giveaway, players will enter using any eligible nonwinning lottery tickets according to the promotion rules. Examples of eligible nonwinning tickets are:
- Scratch-offs
- Fast Plays
- Draw game tickets
Promotion Details
Eligible tickets will also have to have been purchased between 12 a.m. EST and 11:59 p.m. EST during the promotional period.
Additionally, eligible scratch-off tickets cannot have reached or passed the last date to claim before the stated deadlines.
Eligible nonwinning Fast Play and draw game tickets must have been purchased at a retailer during the promotional period and be valued at between $0.50 and $99.99.
Keep in mind that tickets purchased over the internet are not eligible for the Take 2 Cash Giveaway promotion.

Each prize tier will contain seven winners for a total of 28. The maximum prize amount allotted for each promotional period is $10,150 and $40,600 for the entirety of the promotion.

Take 2 Cash Giveaway Promotion Period
There are four promotional periods for the Take 2 Cash Giveaway. Each promotional period will begin and conclude according to the following schedule:
First Promotional Period:
- Monday, July 5, through Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021. Prize drawings will take place on Oct. 6, 2021.
Second Promotional Period:
- Monday, Oct. 4, through Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022. Prize drawings will take place on Jan. 6, 2022.
Third Promotional Period:
- Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, through Sunday, April 3, 2022. Prize drawings will take place on April 6, 2022.
Fourth Promotional Period:
- Monday, April 4, through Sunday, July 3, 2022. Prize drawings will take place on July 7, 2022.

Refer a Friend Bonus
Want to get your friends in on the fun at the Kentucky Lottery? Now it’s easier than ever to include your friends and earn a thank-you from the KY Lottery.
How to participate
To qualify, your friends will need to create a Fun Club account and make an online purchase that meets the promotion requirements. Simply complete the provided Refer a Friend form on the Kentucky Lottery website to invite them to join Fun Club and start playing online.
Promotion Details
All it takes to get started earning you and your friends money for use at the Kentucky Lottery is submitting a referral. Referring parties can collect $50 per friend referred, while each friend who qualifies will receive $20 of their own.
While each individual friend can only be referred once, there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer using this promotion.
To collect Bonus Bucks provided by this promotion, referred friends must use the same email address to register as the email address players submit as part of their referral.
All referral activities need to be completed within the same calendar month to qualify. This includes:
- Referral sent
- Referred friend joins
- Referred friend plays online
Funds are applied to Fun Club within two weeks of the end of the month.
Promotion Period
The Refer a Friend promotion will run from Saturday, May 1, 2021, through Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021.

Fun Club Open An Email Promotion
An easy way to capitalize on your play at the Kentucky Lottery can be found in the Open an Email promotion. As part of this promotion, players will receive entries into a drawing that will award a select group of players $20 in Bonus Bucks, credited directly to their Fun Club accounts.
How to Participate
Only Kentucky Fun Club members with a valid Kentucky address are eligible for this promotion.
All one has to do to enter the drawing is open an email sent from the KY Lottery marketing platform within the valid promotional period. Fun Club member(s) who meet these conditions will receive one entry into the promotion.
Promotion Details
As part of the Open an Email promotion, 100 winners will receive a $20 Kentucky Lottery coupon.
These coupons will be mailed to players for use in retail play. Coupon restrictions apply, and the Kentucky Lottery is not responsible for misdelivered coupons.
The Fun Club Open An Email Promotion Period runs from 12:00:00 a.m. EST on Sunday, August 1, 2021, until 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021.
