Hoosiers Lottery players with existing myLOTTERY accounts will be eligible for prize drawings. Participants can enter this promotion by:
- Scanning the QR code located on Lottery promotional materials (e.g., signage in the Hoosier Lottery Win Zone at Lucas Oil Stadium) throughout the 2021 Colts season.
- Visiting hoosierlottery.com/Colts to sign in or create or verify a myLOTTERY account.
- If a player does not have a myLOTTERY account, the player must select “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” to register and complete the myLOTTERY account sign-up process, which is free.
- Participants must provide their name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
- A participant may only enter once. Duplicate entries will be removed at the time of the drawing.
- An automated “Thank You” message will notify the player of a completed entry into the Promotion. The “Thank You” message is only evidence that an entry has been received and does not indicate that the entry is valid.
- All entries submitted in the manner as described in these Official Rules will be eligible for an entry in this promotion. Hand-delivered or mailed in entries will not be accepted for this promotion.
The Promotion period will begin on or about Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021, and the entry deadline will be Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, for the first drawing and Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, for the second and third drawings.
Three drawings will be held, with the first taking place on or about Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, to draw winners for 12 regular-season prize packages. The second drawing will take place on or about Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, to draw six winners to attend the Sunday, Dec. 19 home game. The third drawing will take place during the Sunday, Dec. 19 home game to draw the six Hoosier Lottery Imagine That myLOTTERY VIP Giveaway prizes.
Winners from the first drawing who win one of the twelve 12 regular-season prize packages will not be eligible for the second drawing taking place on or about Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021.
Entries that are not selected for prizes during the first drawing will remain in the entry pool for the second drawing.

As part of the promotion, participants stand a chance to win some incredible prizes, including:

First, players can use the Hoosier Lottery app to scan the bar code of a unique qualified nonwinning Scratch-Off ticket.
The second method requires that players manually enter the bar code number of a unique qualified nonwinning Scratch-Off ticket via www.hoosierlottery.com.
Nonwinning $5 Golden Ticket Scratch-Off tickets are the only tickets eligible for this particular promotion. As part of the promotion, nonwinning is defined as a ticket validly purchased from a Hoosier Lottery retailer location or purchased or received directly from the Hoosier Lottery that does not have a winning prize combination.
Keep in mind that players who wish to be considered for the promotion and its prizes must retain all nonwinning tickets whose numbers are submitted as a promotion entry. To claim a prize, the entrant will be required to submit the eligible ticket to the Hoosier Lottery. The ticket must be intact and must not be mutilated, defaced, damaged, altered, reconstituted or tampered with in any manner.
