How to play
Getting started with a game of Groovy 8’s takes place very much like other Diggi Games available from the Georgia Lottery.
First, you’ll have to decide the value of your ticket. This will affect the prize amounts available to you during the game.
Use the + and – symbols provided to raise or lower, respectively, the value of your ticket. After locking in that ticket value, you can begin the game by pressing or tapping the large magenta Play button. Click to reveal the individual symbol positions, or reveal them all using the provided button.
Notice the Prize Box on the left-hand side of your game ticket. The Bonus Box is located next to it. The former displays the prize amount for a winning outcome. The latter is a win multiplier that multiplies the prize amount by 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x. The two will combine at the end of the round to deliver the total prize amount to the player. Align three 8 symbols in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line to win the prize displayed in the Prize Box, multiplied by the amount displayed in the Bonus Box.
Revealing a Groovy 8’s symbol will award the player three free spins at the same ticket value of the round in which the free spins were won. After all free spins have been completed, the game is over, and any prizes won in the initial round, as well as the free spins rounds, are awarded to the player.
Wagering in Groovy 8’s
Groovy 8’s provides players with six wagering options. These options range from $0.50 to $10. Prizes scale alongside the ticket value. All told, game prizes range from $0.50 up to $100,000.
